Always great and our favorite spot to stay at when we come to Branson. It is clean, friendly, a great location, and very quiet. We enjoy the breakfast as well.

The hotel was older and not very well kept. The carpets were dirty. There was a roach in one of the beds. The floor squeaked when walking on causing excess noise. The entire property had trash around it including old tires and other random items dumped in the wood line. The breakfast was a small selection which was cold at 7:45 am. I will not be returning.

The staff was great, bed was comfy. Just wish it was more updated. The TV didnt have access to stream. I could hear every slam and people walking down the hall. The breakfast was the same everyday. Other than that, i would come back!

Our stay was great clean rooms good breakfast with the usual items we were awakened a couple times during the night by the folks above us could hear them walking and the parking could be better

Room was cold when we arrived. Breakfast was disappointing. Gravy was very watered down. Eggs were watery. Cinnamon rolls were very good. Appreciated House Keeping came every day with new towels and emptied trash.
