Very nice neighborhood! Great customer experience! Pictures were exactly as shown. Very nice kitchen, baking, service items. Didn’t get to the pool but looked inviting. Gated community. Nice linens. The only thing I would say that could be improved was the cleanliness of the wood floors. They looked clean but could use some soap and water…our feet bottoms were always dirty.

Perfect Last Minute Stay
We booked this property 48 hours prior to arrival for a quick 3 day trip. It was a great place for myself and 4 young children. We appreciated all the extra room and features of the house. It was a great location. Very close and easy to most major attractions. I would choose to stay there the next time we travel to Branson.

The property was pretty much as advertised, but it was not ready at our check in time even though it was offered to us the night before at a discount rate. Had to reach out to have the AC fixed. They did offer to put us in a hotel but that call didn’t come until 9:45 pm when some of the kids were already in bed. Never did let us know that it was actually fixed. No communication. The jacuzzi tub and the grill were both in need of a good cleaning. It gives the absolute bare essentials, so pack your own salt and pepper! The house overall met our needs and the location was great!

Good and bad
The location is great in the middle of town the check in/out process was easy enough. A few bad things and maybe just me the kitchen counters were not clean when wiped down. The floors weren’t swept the smoke detectors two on two different days beeping they did fix really fast, bags of trash left in garage from previous guest they also handled fast. Previous guests shampoo and toothpaste left behind which makes you question cleaning practices. Leaves all over patio that could be dealt with better. Really good hot water but the shower heads are TERRIBLE just terrible!!!!!
Overall good stay in Branson except the above issues especially the shower heads

Great get away, nice having a garage.
Nice size king size room on the main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs that share a Jack & Jill tub/shower. Nice big closets.It was nice having a 2 car garage. Kitchen table was sort of wobbly, but everything else was perfect. Could have used another blanket or two.

Awesome place to stay!
Nice condo in a gated secure community. Everything was clean and perfect for our stay. The only problem we had was that the carpet threshold in the master bedroom was worn thin along the tack strip. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

Wonderful Get Away
More beautiful than the comfort of my own home. Plenty of space for five adults and an infant. Perfect location for the sites we visited. Would absolutely request this property for future trips!
