AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

There was no stay. After paying IN FULL and driving 900 miles we were told we could not stay there because my wife's ID was expired. You people are absolute scum bags. You hate your customers. We were turned away and left WITH NO OPTIONS as to where to stay and had to find somewhere else. You care nothing for people. You are a horrible business and deserve bankruptcy. Anyone reading this should urgently find anywhere but this place to book your trip. I was told at the time I would receive a full refund. That was Monday. It is now Friday. Not a dime has been returned. Because my wife's ID is expired. AVOID this place at all costs.
