The original cottage has been incorporated into the new residence, which is separate to Studio Rouge. The accommodation is recently built . It is a fully equipped apartment consisting of one bedroom with a queen bed, separate bathroom, dining, living, kitchen and laundry area. The kitchen utensils can be found in the kitchen drawers and large wooden kitchen cupboard. The living space faces north and all windows are double glazed. There are blinds on all windows and when raised the concrete slab will absorb the warmth (thermal mass). It is not carpeted. There are numerous mats and rugs on the floor. If you want to cook there is an electric stove and a microwave at your disposal.
This accommodation is suitable for a couple or a single person without children or pets. It offers a minimum of two nights accommodation and is situated in the heart of Old Bowral, in a very quiet location. It is a 10 minute walk to the main street of Bowral where you will find many restaurants, cafes and shops to suit all. There are 3 electric heaters available. One larger one attached to the wall in the sitting area, one free standing in the dining space and a small portable in the bathroom.
Studio Rouge is located on private property and is separate to the owners home, which is on the same site and is a smoke free zone.
