Only stayed overnight but would stay there again. Clean, comfortable & friendly. Bathroom a little small & shower a bit weak but very clean. Very good breakfast. No lift to Upper floors but not a problem fir us & good location for town centre

We booked family holiday with 1 apartment and 1 family room Stay was amazing with apartment spacious ,good ventilation,kitchen equipped with all basic utensils We did have trouble with some of the lights but that’s was taken care promptly Room was also specious clean and beautiful We enjoyed our stay overall !

Really awful experience with the customer service and the cupboard that had been turned into a ‘room’ which was the length of the bed with a small space to get in and out. The owner/ staff refused to refund despite the panic the tiny cupboard room caused, and demanded more money or I leave without refund. There should be laws because this shouldn’t be classed as room- it like an old cleaning cupboard with a small window has been turned into an opportunity to make money. Very uncaring staff / owner. Do not recommend. I had to leave and lost my money.

The family room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable—everything was just perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. What truly stood out for us, though, was the honesty and integrity of your staff. After we had checked out, we received a call letting us know that a very precious item—my wife’s engagement ring—had been found by the cleaning staff. We hadn’t even realized it was missing yet! Your team’s honesty in returning such a sentimental item meant so much to us, and we are deeply grateful. It’s rare to find such genuine care and fairness these days, and it really left a lasting impression. Please extend our heartfelt thanks to your team for their honesty and professionalism.
