This was the most difficult check in I have experienced. It was a self check in, and I never received an email to do the prep work. It took a while to reach someone on the phone who tried to help me, but the technology was not working even though I did everything correctly. There was no elevator for the basement room and a lip that was difficjlt to see, but easy to trip on. This place was brutal for check in and check out so we will not return.

Nice hotel

The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable. Only complaint was the TV. It’s Roku with streaming only. We couldn’t find what we wanted to watch. WiFi was also not excellent but it did exist. I would recommend this hotel.

A comfortable stay

Comfortable,homey room. Very clean and welcoming. Staff was friendly and helpful with checking in. Will stay here every time I'm in the area and will recommend to others!

Very disappointed.Your floors were absolutely filthy and disgusting, the nasty rug you had on the floor was curled up on the corner and I almost tripped on it multiple times. We would have rotated it if the floor underneath wasn't covered in dirt and debris. Floor along wall near TV and couch was covered in black grime. Odd smell in the basement. I suppose I'd should have bid on a better room when you offered me that earlier this week.

Great stay. Reminded me of an older Residence Inn. My only issue was someone tried to enter using the code which woke me up late in the night. They obviously went to the wrong room. That’s the down side of keyless entry and not having a physical office on site.

Its a quiet place not even a lot of visiable staff. Check in is a different process, but worth it. We had a basement room which definitely insulated us from some of the noise. The street outside is fairly busy, however not prohibitably so. The train station is directly across the street with easy access to the boston to rockport line with stops in Salem, which is why we were there. Already planning a return trip and this is a place we are thinking of staying.

The room was nice, but the remote didn’t work for the TV, which I reached out, but there is no front desk. So via text , said to check closet in hallway, which there were done. Location was good. Travel to Beverly every month, on the fence if I stay here again . Seemed high price for what it was
