Covid for the most part ended years ago
I’ve spent 3 or 4 nights, per month the last 3 months, overall very good, however there needs to be push back on the hospitality industry in general about their practice that was initiated during Covid of cleaning your room every other day, my last stay they didn’t come in once in 4 nights. No excuse of they can’t find anyone to do the work as I witnessed a couple of women inquiring at the front desk if there were any openings in housekeeping and were told there were no openings, this is all about profits, lower the room cost if you are not going to provide service, this is universal not only at this property, consumers need to push back

Despite no smoking policy the room— otherwise clean, spacious, and comfortable— had a distinctly smoky odor. The property is not well marked from the road and set back in a huge parking lot, so-best for business trip only. Systems were down, so bar and snacks were cash only—the two women there alone did their best to help everyone. Kudos to them.
