Service needs some improvement...reception lobby...and the breakfast staff... Also not everyone eats Ham and sausage...some others don't eat meet...some others prefer regular eggs... breafast time will be better if it extended to 10.00 am...I do not understand why thry push some on vavstoon yo wake up early to get breafast...We observed a lot of guesys got to tge breafast area at 8:30 am...and it was no food for them because the staff they did not prepare enough food for the guests...sone of them end up eating waffles....

I believe some improvement is needed...lobby receptionists mudt respect all kinds of customers...first they that you booked through a third party ike expedia they treat with care less...first dat when I booked it was a couple rooms available...when I got to the hotel the receptionist send us to a room down the basement...smal and tight... Second day I rewuested a room in a highrt floor...and I got it... I also booked the second day via expedia afyer the lobby receptionist was about to charge me extra money...

Terrible customer service at check-in around midnight on 7/31. The front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. Multiple cards declined despite having funds. My partner suggested the issue was the card reader, but the employee dismissed it. After the employee telling me there were no other way to help me. I asked if he could enter my card manually—he said it would “just decline again.” Eventually, he did enter it, and it worked, with no apology. I asked to pay in cash—he refused, telling me to deposit cash into the same card that wasn’t working. After going back and forth and asking for other options, he finally offered to manually input my card—which worked. No apology. Then he claimed the system was suddenly running slow and couldn’t issue my key right away. Still no apology even though it was clearly the system that malfunctioned & caused it to decline every card we tried. We later saw a rat in the kitchen and avoided the breakfast. Day shift staff were much better, but that check-in experience was unacceptable. Hotel room was good.

Great place to stay

The stay was great except for us having to request the trash to be picked up more than once. It was not picked up until the third day the cleaning people had there cart out down the hall for a few hours so we put the trash there.
