Overall, it was a pleasant stay! We stayed for 7 days. Breakfast and the evening hot food were generally well stocked and delicious. There were only 3 days out of 7 when the evening food was shut down prematurely or poorly stocked. Learning about the M Club breakfast system was confusing the first day, but the next day, a different M Club hostess/waitress actually helped us through it. Room was very clean and comfortable. They don't give out tiny bottles of certain toiletries, instead they have have bottles attached to the shower wall with generous amounts of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, which I appreciate. Will likely come back here for our next visit to MA!

I love the place , but we found a few roaches in the room , also the breakfast is expensive and doesn’t match with the quality, the service is good but is like middle school breakfast, for $25 ea is not good, the room price is good but I don’t recommend take the breakfast in the “High quality restaurant”

The staff were genuinely very friendly and helpful. They had very large events during my stay but remained very efficient. We had a great corner room with a back exit for walking the dog. The entire property was clean and neat. The air conditioner could have been set lower, but we enjoyed our stay.

Very clean and quiet. The kids loved the indoor pool, and breakfast was great — especially the omelette station. Staff were all friendly and helpful, with a special shoutout to Nelson at the restaurant for his outstanding service. We’ll definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in the area !

If you need absolute quiet to sleep the air conditioning unit clicks on and off all night. The fitness center is great!
