9/10 Wonderful! (686 reviews)
Beware of booking the Superior Queen Room - there are several interior facing rooms at the property that don't look like the advertised photos online at all. The rooms are extremely small and overlook mechanical equipment so there's zero natural light. The bathrooms are also extremely small (about 40 sq. ft) and can only accomodate one adult at a time.

9/10 Wonderful! (546 reviews)
We had a wonderful stay at Bob W Hyde Park and were very pleased with the overall experience. The hotel was comfortable, clean and welcoming. There was a minor issue during our stay, but what really impressed us was how quickly and professionally the hotel handled it. The staff responded immediately and resolved the matter in a very satisfactory manner. Their prompt and attentive approach made a real difference and showed how much they care about their guests. We would be happy to stay here again. Highly recommended!!
