"This property is affordable. It’s right next to Highway 1 but the room seems to be well insulated and most of the traffic slows down after 6 PM. Be aware that lots of Contractors stay here. They seem to wander into each other‘s room and talk loudly. They also cook their meals inside their rooms. ..."
