Staff and room were nice. However if you’re a light sleeper and don’t like overly soft beds this isn’t the place for you. You can hear talking in the lobby from people who are talking at a normal tone, the neighbor getting into their room with the beep of their card, the cars in the parking lot, the thermostat clicking and the neighbors shower water draining.

The hotel was convenient, reception staff friendly and efficient. We were not offered any VIP benefit, but that's OK. The room was very well appointed and setup as a mini apartment. Location is right next to a busy road, so a great deal of road noise was expected and also heard. The biggest issue is the airconditioning. It's horribly noisy, has only a setting for low, high or auto fan and no matter what it was on, it sounded like a jumbo jet landing cutting on and off all night alternatively freezing and baking us. We could not open a window to have the thing just 'off'. If hotels paid attention to their heating/cooling systems, it would improve the stay a great deal. 'Constant fan' setting is something we will always be seeking next stay anywhere.
