Horrible! Someone came in room very early and the staff didn’t know who had cards to the rooms. Very dirty. They won’t give you towels or washcloths. Very rude staff! No breakfast. Mold on walls. Tv didn’t work. Metal shards sticking out of walls. Nothing like the pics listed. Smells like smoke and mold.

Booked the room but ended up canceling. Family and I booked 3 rooms. Manager refunded one room and called my sister names. He threatened to call cops on me & still charged me for one night stay & we didn’t stay there. Manager was rude. Rooms were very dirty, stained floors, rats, stunk like smoke, ran down, very out dated. I would not recommend staying here unless your a meth head. Horrible experience. Hotels dot com need to remove them from their site.

Everything is fine with the hotel. There is a sugar beet processing plant up wind that reanders the outside air smelly.

It was OK, a little old, outside needs paint, inside was better. Reasonably clean and quiet. Breakfast was quite meager, I'd plan on eating elsewhere. Overall I'd stay again if in the area. For the price, this is what you get.

This property had no clean towels, whenever I will ask for them they didn’t have any clean towels, their breakfast was very bad that I had to throw it all away. Bathroom was very bad, even my 8 year old said that the bathroom was falling. They need to do a lot of remodeling, for now I will never stay in this hotel again

Not the best stay, but has promiss

The room was in poor condition. There were several holes in the walls where something once hung. Torn curtains for windows. Drains in the bathroom sink and bathtub were very slow to drain. Towels for the bathroom were old and stained. Noise was easily heard from the connecting room and hallway. Bed was comfortable though. To be fair, it did look like they had several improvement projects in-process. Maybe a stay will get better in the future.

I have eaten bad breakfasts before at other hotels, but this was the worst. They would have been better not to offer it. The batter was empty for waffles, the milk was empty for cereal and no coffee. There wasn’t even anyone at the front desk who could help us

Front desk staff was very nice. The room I stayed in was poorly cleaned, when I entered the room it smelt of stinky socks—there was actually a pair of nasty, dirty, definitely sweaty—socks in the trash and a dirty hand towel on the counter. There were stains not just on the bedding and pillows but the mattress itself. The mattresses are also beyond old, uncomfortable and falling apart. The sheets had burn marks, what looks to be bed bug stains (or blood of some sort, had holes and the headboard is disgustingly covered in dust. The furniture is also in need of updating and the bathrooms need new toilet seats and a good scrub down to get rid of rust and anyone else. The curtains are flimsy and didn't block any light from entering and the rod was falling apart. Only redeeming qualities are that the TV has good shows with minimal commercials, Internet was fast and floors were clean. All in all, for cheap and a short stay it's alright but it's in need of updating, very in need of updating. And new cleaning staff as the one I did see was very obviously not happy to be there and did minimal job work.

Do not recommend

Not a good experience. Pool and hot tub out of order. Didn’t even have coffee at the continental breakfast. Was not made aware of any of this before booking. Pictures make this place look way better than it is.
