Won't stay here again: hard bed, damaged furniture

The bed was uncomfortably hard. The furniture, bathroom door, bathroom vanity and wall paint were all nicked, scratched and in overall bad condition. The bathroom is a tight squeeze - only 1 person at a time. The small frig and TV hummed so much we had to unplug them during the night. The room was clean and the staff friendly but it doesn't make up for all of the other negatives. Won't stay here again.

Front desk was very accommodating at 1:30 AM. The room was ok. The bathroom sink was damaged, the shower very nice. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were nice however there was only enough to bath one person. I was disappointed in the quality considering it was a Wyndham and a La Quinta Inn. Not up to the standards that I have experienced in the past.

Hotel staff was really friendly. Hotel is in a good safe location. The room is a bit outdated and could use a bit of maintenance upkeep. A manager should present on property to answer questions that front desk staff does not know. Found it a bit odd there wasn’t a manager around at all.
