Quick check-in but not very friendly. Rooms and hotel were clean. The beds were not very comfortable but the pillows were really bad/lumpy! Woke up with a crick in my neck! Breakfast was the typical Holiday Inn but the pancake make did not work.

The hotel and staff were terrific! Everyone was so friendly and a staff member even held my dog’s leash while I dished up breakfast! We’ll definitely be back.

The stay was good however, when I checked in I had to wait to get help while a hotel employee stocked the snack bar. It wouldn’t have been a big deal except she saw me walk up to the counter and did not acknowledge me for a few minutes. I was left wondering if she was a hotel employee or a vendor stocking the snack bar. After check in everything went really well.

I experienced the worst stay at any hotel ever. A customer of the hotel started his truck outside my bedroom window before 6am and in front of the A/C unit for my room 133. The truck was backed up in the parking spot and was left running on high idle for over 15 minutes before he moved it to another parking spot. He still left it running and it was loud. I could still hear it in my room. The front clerk Kyle said that I would get a refund from the hotel, that I just needed to call expedia, which I did. That was another issue in itself and I will need to address your app with you when I feel better. I have not seen a refund. We are still clearing our throats and it has been over 14 hours.
