The property was convenient and the kitchen staff was lovely. The fridge didn’t work. We lost all the food we brought with us and even after telling them, the offered to replace the fridge but not the food. The floors in the bathroom weren’t clean even after the cleaning staff came by and they didn’t leave extra toilet paper. The next day no cleaning service showed up and when I went to get toilet paper from the front desk the lady was rude. We were on the ground floor and someone knocked on our room window. They charge for parking and breakfast which are hidden fees. I could have stayed somewhere else with a complimentary breakfast and free parking for less money but didn’t because I thought Hilton was synonymous with quality and did not see the extra fees. I will not stay here again.

Staff was amazing!!

Staff was amazing, very helpful, room and common area very clean. Check-in was quick and easy. Pool area was stocked with towls. The only thing I had issue with was me bed was too hard and pillow were to puffy but that is not anyone fault but my own. Over all very satisfied.

The gentleman at the front desk was great & super helpful! Room was clean & quiet. Only couple things that we didnt like was when we went to eat breakfast, they had a super limited selection. The woman who was running around helping everyone in the dining room was kind, but the man cooking food refused to make anything else because there was limited time left for breakfast. (This was around 8:45 am.) Many other after us showed up and dint have much to grab to eat.
