Check-in and checkout took all of about 15 seconds each. The desk staff were all very nice and friendly. Parking was plentiful. We did not partake of the breakfast but we have in the past when we stayed here and it was good.

The room was great. We walked right out the door to attend our concert at the Idaho center. We ate at Birreria El Semaforo. Which is located in the same center as the Hampton. The employees at the Hampton are super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend.

Once we walked in the hotel had a clean smell, the room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was great and the staff was kind and polite. We are definitely coming back for our trip in 2 weeks.

Our room was spacious and well supplied with towels and other necessities. It was quiet, especially during the night. The breakfasts were delicious. What happened to complimentary water when guests arrive at the hotel? The shower really didn't work well. We had a heck of a time trying to get it to work. Water from the shower leaked out onto the floor so we had to use towels to keep the water from traveling across the floor. (This was a handicap accessible room so we understand why there wasn't a step into or out of the shower, however, there should be something in place to prevent water from the shower from moving out onto the bathroom floor.) We could not regulate the refrigerator in the room. The cokes and water in the fridge were frozen each morning, even after adjusting the 'temperature' inside the fridge. NOTE: We did NOT notify the front desk of these issues so that part is on us, but, I did want to mention it here in my review. The staff was friendly and acknowledged us as we came and went the couple of days we stayed at this Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean as well as our room, no complaints about that either.
