I requested for kitchen utilities but staff didn’t deliver to the room as per stated in their terms. Staff didn’t follow up or provide the requested utensils either even if i went at the desk for it. The desk was unattended. The other staff said there’s breatkfast, the other said breakfast is whatever is in the coffee area.

Overall, we had a good experience. There was lots of parking and it felt safe. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to check into our room a little earlier. Room was clean. Beds and pillows could have been more comfortable. The kitchen wasn’t stocked with anything at all but all we needed was a wine opener that the front desk was able to lend us. We were able to watch a movie on Netflix on the TV. Upon checking out the elevator wasn’t working so we had to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. Regardless, we will be back.

Walls are paper thin. We heard stomping all night, what sounded like a non stop vacuum, central air didn’t work, no wash cloths, poor water pressure and flow from shower head, very unfortunate spring mattress, hdmi cable disconnected from back of tv.
