I was greatly disappointed in the hot tub not being clean and available. It was not even on. The swimming pool was ok but I came because a hot tub was listed. The room was very nice and comfortable.

Sarcastic responses by General Manager and walking away when talking (being dismissed). Ice machines broken on first floor (no signage). Could not use breakfast area with tables for computer work or playing cards. Ran out of cranberry juice and catsup with no signage and staff didn’t speak or understand English language. We stayed a week, there was no change to breakfast menu.

Room was clean except for a big stain 2 feet inside the door. Didn't see it until next morning. Bed was horrible. Very hard and cheap mattress. Both sides were sunk in and the middle felt like cement. Check-in day the clerk was condescending. The second day the clerk was great. Wifi was extremely slow and spotty. Dropped constantly until the last night of my 3 night stay manager treated me like I dont understand how wifi works. Not a bad hotel otherwise, but I won't stay there next time
