The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! However, the Wi-Fi was horrible. We kept getting booted out or it continually was buffering. Since we had a four-night stay, this was extremely dissatisfying.

Normally the staff here is super nice and willing to help. This trip was not the case. They seemed put out having to use the shuttle and I got conflicting answers on what the shuttle could be used for. Overall most everyone who was working seemed disinterested and unfriendly. We called the front desk three times and didn’t get an answer. If you have one person running a shuttle you need another to cover the desk.
