Tucked into a lush green setting just blocks from Whitewater Park, Quinn’s Pond, and the Boise Greenbelt, The Bird House offers the perfect blend of comfort, charm, and location. This warm and inviting tiny home is filled with natural light, vaulted ceilings, and earthy textures that create an open, airy space grounded in nature. The cheerful yellow and orange exterior peeks out from behind vibrant plants and trees, welcoming you into a peaceful and private stay just minutes from downtown Boise.

Living Space & Comfort
Inside, soft green tones and natural textures create a calming environment designed for relaxation. A plush queen-size bed provides restful nights, complete with extra blankets for added comfort. Two comfortable swivel chairs sit at the heart of the space, perfect for reading, unwinding, or enjoying the Smart TV, which can be adjusted for easy viewing from bed or the sitting area. The open layout and vaulted ceilings make the tiny home feel bright, spacious, and comfortable for both short and extended stays.

Kitchen & Dining
The brand-new kitchen features modern finishes, a deep basin sink with sprayer faucet, and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and bake — including coffee to start your mornings. A folding kitchen table with benches comfortably seats up to three guests and easily converts into a workspace, making it ideal for remote work or casual dining.

Bathroom & Accessibility
The thoughtfully designed bathroom includes a walk-in shower, shower chair, and handrails for added accessibility and comfort. It is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer, so you can travel light and feel at home during your stay.

Laundry & Convenience
Guests enjoy the convenience of a private in-unit washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and stress-free.

Outdoor Patio & Setting
Just outside your door, a small covered patio with two chairs offers the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the fresh Idaho air. The main yard belongs to the tenants of the main house and is not part of this unit; however, The Bird House is a completely separate and private dwelling with its own dedicated patio space for your use.

Located just a few blocks from Whitewater Park, Quinn’s Pond, and the Boise Greenbelt, you’ll have easy access to paddleboarding, biking, walking trails, and beautiful riverside scenery. Downtown Boise is less than 10 minutes away, offering restaurants, breweries, shopping, events, and everything the city has to offer. This location combines peaceful surroundings with convenient access to adventure and urban life.

-No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts
-No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included).
-Please take care not to block our neighbors` driveways or mailboxes
-Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM
