Should have just slept in my car!

1. Absolutely no parking. We were pulling a trailer and had to park our car behind the hotel next door. 2. Lobby smelled like smoke and weed the second u walked in. 3. I was traveling with two pets, a cat and large dog. At Check in I found out there was a 35lbs weight limit on dogs and absolutely no cats allowed! So my cat had to sleep in the car! NOT HAPPY!!! 4. The room was recently half ass renovated the bathroom looks like it had a leak replaced and damage done and slapped u there. 5. The $50 deposit that I had to pay at check in won’t be returned to me for 5-10 days!

The room was dirty and none of the power outlets worked. The microwave was provided but did not work. It smelled awful and the bathroom was filthy. There were luggage carts in the hall.

At least it's pet friendly...

The hotel front door is under construction so you have to enter from the back. Right away there was a couple arguing and yelling at each other outside. The front desk lady was very pleasant. We traveled with a dog and the room was very pet friendly. We appreciate the flooring instead of carpet. The windows weren't washed from the last dog that stayed there, so it was covered in snoot smears. The sheets were stained, and the bed spreads had cigarette burns in them. The rooms ARE NOT sound proof! Our neightbors were very loud, very late. We slept well except for the fire alarm going off at 12:30am because the hotel next to us was having a fire. Upon checking out, there was a very loud domestic violence scene going on in a room. The lady was screaming for help while a male slammed her into things. The housekeeping staff just stood in the hallway and listened. I called the cops. Overall, We might stay again if I'm short on cash. At least next time we will know what to expect.

DO NOT STAY HERE. PERIOD. Periodttt! They gave us the wrong room (booked on Expedia) and they wouldn't refund me when they couldn't provide us the correct room, and if that wasn't enough, I photographed: there was a booger on the wall by the bed, a cigarette burn on the bed in a non smoking room, pubic hair on the sink, hair on the pillowcase, a used TP roll lose on the sink, pot/ smoke smell, loud guests at 1AM clearly heard through the walls... Many amenities that were filtered in expedia were not available at this property - no full hot to breakfast anything... This property should be shut down.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The customer service was terrible. They refused to give me towels or extra blankets. The room its self wasn't the cleanest but overall was not bad. They were very misleading online they stated they had a gym, a pool , and breakfast. which they do not. It was horribly disappointing. I will not be coming back.

Worst stay ever!

No one at the front desk upon check in so I had to call. Plug ins in the room didnt work. Fire alarms went off at 6am on Saturday morning and never once saw an employee to assist guests. Never even got an all clear to reenter, we just went in when the alarms turned off... not friendly at all! Would not recommend to anyone!

Very affordable. Walls were pretty thin. You could hear others clearly when they were talking, watching tv, etc. TV worked well. The last few places we have stayed that wasn’t the case so it was nice to have final enjoy it.
