The staff was very courteous, professional. The 4th floor was where I stayed and it is under renovations I realize that this is a 20+ year old building the bathroom was very cold the vent ran 24-7 it should have a switch to turn on & off, the sink wouldn't drain and then if wouldn't hold water, and the FREE BREAKFAST is all carbs how about some protein besides yogart., FORGOT TO RETURN HOTEL KEY PASS TO ROOM 436.

The hotel was clean but the room needed to be fixed, the walls and rugs were damaged. It didn’t turn me off because it had a great staff, breakfast and great coffee at any time you wanted.

The front office staff was the only good thing about this property. The paint and drywall tape was literally peeling off the ceiling and walls. The toilet ran all night, we could hear the conversation that our neighbors were having while they were in the shower. Even the elevator was filthy.
