Boca Raton Hotels with a Balcony

absolutely love the staff the front desk the valet golf. They’re all top notch. Without being said multiple areas were under construction very very noisy. You couldn’t sleep past 7:30 in the morning on top of that we had to be moved rooms three times we had no hot water in the first room the second room didn’t have the bag configurations we paid for. Third room they had to move us into a room that was in a construction zone we waited till after 6 PM to check in even though we were there as early as 1230 just cause I don’t know why so that definitely put a damper on the trip but staff is Top-notch.

The pool skimmer was not working and there was a lot of stuff floating in it which i brought to their attention. We watched the bartender one night who did not rinse the stuff properly between making drinks. The hotel was very accomodating for our 2 dogs and there were lots of great areas to walk around.
