I always enjoying staying there. The staff are the friendliest and more than helpful. I think the AC units can use some tuning, but other than that it’s great place to stay.

The customer service was very good and helpful. My A/C filter was too small and made noise throughout the night. The breakfast was amazing especially the omelette bar. I wish there were more food choice for kids for dinner. I would book with you again.

Mold Smelling Rooms and Poor Room Conditions

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I've Ever Had!! My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had to switch rooms four times due to serious maintenance and health concerns. The first room had mold on the bathroom ceiling and a broken shower handle.I scraped my foot on broken tiles in that bathroom as well. The 2nd and 3rd rooms also had strong mold aroma and very poor air quality, making them nearly impossible to breathe in upon entering. They hit you hard once entering the room . Each time I was moved, I had to carry all my luggage from floor to floor and back to the lobby—wasting over an hour dealing with these issues. No one should have to go through that during their stay. To make matters worse, in the final room, the guest next door was chain-smoking, and all the smoke came directly into my room. It was disgusting and made it impossible to relax or sleep properly. On top of that, the thermostat kept shutting off and restarting throughout the night, making the room temperature unbearable. This was truly a nightmare of a stay. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you have allergies, asthma, or any sensitivity to mold or smoke. The conditions were not only unacceptable—they were a potential health hazard.
