Price was 2.5 times higher than normal due to wanting to take advantage of sporting event even though not many reservations by participants. No clock in the room. Poor maintenance in the facility.

Very loud ac/fan unit. Lobby & room had an odor when first arrived. Burn hole in bed cover. The mattress is almost too thick, especially for older adults - difficult to get in & out of. No Kleenex provided. Towels were thin & scratchy. Room was clean & staff friendly. We had to leave a day early, staff gave a refund for one night which was great. Overall would stay again as we usually use hotel for sleeping only not to spend day there.

Hotel rooms were spacious, bed soft and comfy with good pillows. Heater fan ran all night- great to drown out extraneous noises. Breakfast had waffles and egg. Hot tub and pool were just perfect. Freezer in room refroze our ice packs. Room was free of smoke or other smells. Floors were recently redone. Staff was friendly and helpful, 100% For an inexpensive hotel it was far beyond expectations. I'd recommend it to those keen on point to point travel.

Room reeked of smoke, which shouldn't be for a non-smoking property. The shower looked uncleaned, so much so I didn't bother showering there. The comforter looked stained and dirty. I considered sleeping in my car. That being said, when I called a few days before I spoke to a very nice lady at the front desk who was very helpful.

The room was filthy. Dead flies and spiders everywhere. There was a dirty towel with blood in the bathroom and bowel movement on the bathroom wall.

The first room had a huge stain of unknown origin on the mattress, blood on the shower curtain, and a dirty towel hanging in the shower. It was very apparent that cleaning had not been completed. The manager was very helpful and moved us quickly to a new room that she cleaned personally. The rest of the visit is how you would expect with a discounted motel. No complaints after we moved to the new room.

The property hot tub for us was better than the room hot tub. Swimming pool was warmer than other hotels we've been to. Breakfast was adequate not real impressive. We would stay again.
