Welcome to your inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat! This sunny and spacious home is an ideal spot for family or friends to come together. It's a peaceful and tidy space, fully stocked with everything you need from kids toys, books and games for all ages to grilling and bartending accessories. Want privacy, enjoy the back deck surrounded by privacy fencing. Love flowers and nature, well the garden beds are plentiful with perennials. We look forward to hosting you for your next trip to Bloomington and the IU Campus.

Conveniently located just a short two-block walk from Bryan Park, and within easy reach of Indiana University, Hillside & Henderson amenities, and the scenic B-line trail, this home offers unbeatable accessibility.


In the property, you will discover three bedrooms furnished with cozy mattresses and freshly laundered linens to ensure a comfortable stay. Our dedication to thoroughness and cleanliness ensures a worry-free experience, reflected in every detail of your accommodation.

The decor, and the room set up were great! We had four friends coming to IU for a Mom's Weekend, and it allowed us enough space and amenities to add to our comfort. The keyless entry allowed us plenty of flexibility so that we could come and go as needed. An excellent place to stay!

Family Game Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The house was larger than we had expected and beautifully decorated. We had everything we needed to prepare snacks for tailgating. It was a beautiful weekend, so we were able to enjoy drinks on the deck. Looking forward to staying again next year and for graduation 2026!

Perfect stay!

We loved this house! It is in a great neighborhood and for us, walking distance to campus and downtown area. Cafe and parks nearby. The house is beautiful and the layout is great! The house is comfy and cozy. It’s in great condition and clean. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck. The owners and the property manager are very nice and very proactive with great service.

Great choice for family stay.

It has been nearly 30 years since I have been back to Bloomington. This house helped make the trip back memorable. Beautifully renovated on the inside. This house offered everything we needed for our stay. Conveniently located, courteous and responsive host, kitchen with all necessities, comfortable beds, good water pressure, washer and dryer and more. Everyone in my family agreed we would want to stay here again on our next trip to b-town which will most certainly be in the near future not another 30 years from now.

We chose this song because it was near my son and we could have our Thanksgiving dinner in one space because their house is small. The kitchen was lovely and the entire house beautifully appointed. I especially appreciated the fact that there was a driveway and the garage. With the weather, turning, having the garage to be able to walk through directly into the house was a Boon. We had one issue in which the contact person got back to us immediately about that was pretty minor. The person was incredibly helpful and kind. I would stay in this house again.
