Avoid this hotel. Aside from the main entrance, it was filthy. Despite a quiet weekend, staff refused to empty our trash because we missed a 9 AM deadline—by just an hour. To top it off, our bathtub didn’t drain. Disappointing stay.

Did not realize that pets were allowed. I love dogs but there must have been one close to us. He kept barking starting around 5am. Almost as if no one was in the room with him. That only lasted one morning. The hotel shows it's age. Needs to be rejuvenated.

This property should not be open during renovations!!! Horrible tar smell from new roof; water in bathroom constantly dripped - would not turn off, minimal room service, they never refilled toilet paper, tissue, coffee, cups, etc…. Customer service was also poor. I am a retired Flight Attendant who in 21 years has stayed in Hotels across the world - this is definitely in the top 5 worst experiences ever

Good place to stay

Last minute stay due to birth of first grandchild. Convenient to the hospital and reasonably priced. Breakfast is made to order and the service and food were great. Felt safe and didn't have any issues with the room.
