Shower took ages to heat up but finally got there. Great parking facility. Only stayed one night but would defo stay again. Great location, perfect parking and lovely staff.

It looks fancy when you walk you walk in but once you get to the rooms you feel completely deceived. I stayed here with my son who has additional needs and it was completely unacceptable. The lights didn’t work and despite reception saying someone would come to fix it nobody showed up, my son needs constant supervision and is terrified of the dark, the bathroom was pitch black without the lights, we ended up having to use our phone torch until I located the fuse box myself and fixed it. The toilet wouldn’t flush again nobody cared when I told them, you can hear absolutely everything from the hallway and rooms around you and to top it all off on our last night we found bed bugs in the bed resulting in my son having a meltdown and refusing to sleep, we’re home now shattered, itchy and traumatised. I’ve contacted the hotel for a refund and they’ve completely ignored me. Oh and their vending machine ate my sons change and all they did was stick an out of order sticker on it the next day after we waited over an hour for someone to come help us before giving up. Absolutely devastated.

Definitely not worth the money!

The room was boiling, we didn’t get to sleep until after 3am because of the guests in the other rooms, doors banging, loads of noise! There was a chip under the bed, which hadn’t been hoovered up. The room was basic and old and didn’t have towels! The reception area was nice but we won’t be retuning.

Not worth the money

Our room was very disappointing, the beds were so uncomfortable and the cleanliness was terrible! I had to clean the bathroom as there were hairs from the previous guests all over! You also couldn't see through the mirrors for the muck on them! Only positive about this hotel was the buffet breakfast, it was pretty decent with an ok variety of hot and cold options. Was also disappointed in the swimming pool, which incures extra cost and you have to book ! Also the pool closes way too early at 5pm it's pretty pointless when your out most of the sightseeing.

Disgusting it’s currently 25degrees today and all the windows have been screwed shut, very dirty room with hairs in the bath, rubbish bits all over the floor, went to reception to be told that we would have to down grade if we want a open window with no sort of refund, I booked to family rooms that sleep six and requested them to be near, to only find there on different floors, so had to take a down grade so we can stay together, again no refund of the difference , the manger that was on reception was useless and would do anything not even offer to get the room cleaned. So we had no choice but to stay as couldn’t get a travel lodge as they were all booked up, only to find the toilet doesn’t flush either, the fridge doesn’t get cold, some lights don’t even work, over all disgusting in all areas including the service, never again will I stay here again, what as waste of £340 for 1 night

It could and should be much better that it is.

We stayed 2 nights for the Blackpool air show (which was excellent). The hotel unfortunately has seen much better days. First problem, getting in! The large rotating doors are blocked off with flower pots. The door to the left jams when opening; and access to the right was blocked by smokers. Next, when waiting to check-in, staff members were arguing in front of guests. After that, we were given keys to a room. Opening our room door revealed other guests - a woman and her child were already in there. Awful for us, and terrifying for her. This should NEVER happen. We were provided with another room. The windows were dirty (as are carpets if you go looking), the beds are the very creakiest, noisiest of wooden-frame beds. If your partner moves, you wake up every time. Try to sleep without moving all night, it's uncomfortable and difficult. Add to that hotel bins being moved around in the yard below at 1am in the night and seagulls screaming outside the window at 4am. Pillows are rock hard. Linen/bathroom ok. Breakfast: not shown to a table. Food is below average, we recommend sticking to the toast or fruit as the cooked options are clearly cheap, low quality. Cereals: very limited options. Bar prices are low, but the barman disappeared for 10 mins, nowhere to be found. Checking out, they don't ask if you enjoyed your stay - they've clearly given up with customer satisfaction. It's a real shame, this hotel could be grand but it's clear everything has become sloppy and unloved.
