Room was very clean, bed comfy, staff welcoming but it was just too noisy for us. I did ask for a quiet room but we could still hear the entertainment and the floorboards on the hall ways really need some attention. Also the door to the room didn’t feel very secure,

Brilliant solo stay at this hotel. I went for the all inclusive option and it was great value for money. Restaurant and bar staff were so friendly and helpful, entertainment was really good and a great variety. Pool was a bit grubby and the steam room didn’t look in use and there were building tools and materials around it but the jacuzzi was lovely. Food in the restaurant was great, I only had breakfast and evening meal as I was out at lunchtimes but I was very impressed with the selection. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Blackpool.

All inclusive is good but need more drink choices and on till 11pm so you can enjoy both shows. Also pool needs to be open till half 7pm.. and rooms need USB ports at side of bed. And breakfast sausage needs to be a proper pork sausage.

The bar and restaurant areas well decorated; the other pubic areas are very poor glass doors broken, stairs carpets threadbare. No separate accessible toilets the only ones are in the gents and ladies toilets, not good when assistance is needed. We were on 4th floor and rooms are very small, lift does not fit a wheelchair unless it is collapsed. The restaurant tables are far too small eg when you have your meal plate on the table there is no room for a side plate, which adds to the breakfast shambles. Not enough staff for breakfast serving. Have to say evening meals were quite good.

Staff were all very friendly. The downstairs of the hotel was spotless and very modern, and it was nice having a drink in the downstairs seating area watching the world go by. Service on the Sunday evening was very good as was the meal quality. Unfortunately breakfast service badly let the experience down (I’m sure this was a once off). We waited over 30 minutes before anyone asked us if we wanted coffee or toast (even then I had to call over a waitress) and it was almost an hour from us arriving for our cooked breakfast being served. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Room was good although initially very warm man on reception sorted it. Restaurant very busy food very speedy. Room was okay dusty window dirty windows we was in room 89. The spa was absolutely amazing. Pate starter was delicicous. Steak pie not for me sorry. Breakfast was alright bacon full of fat sausages cheap quality. Main part of hotel was lovely rest of hotel needs some TLC update the decor. Entertainment was absolutely fantastic.

Meal times was a little hit and miss. You was greeted and seated quickly, and then was waiting for meals to be served between courses. The food in my opinion was okay but not great. The bed room was good, and was cleaned daily We asked if possible for a lower floor and was given the first floor, which was great. The bar was good. The indoor pool was nice and warm but wasn't deep enough for swimming only 3ft and 4ft
