Not happy with this app rip off

I did not stay in this hotel as I could not change the date but I could change the date but they were going to charge me the same price and then pay again just to change the date so I’m not happy with that whatsoever. I’m a bit reluctant to use this app anymore, as this is a bit of a Downey.

Got a great deal £57 for a 1 night stay, lovely location, amazing facilities. Room was spotless! Great value for money. Only a five min drive to Blackpool front as well.

Very disappointed, my second recent stay. Room very cold, rang via reception number but no help given, chunks of hair in bathroom, mentioned to issues to staff, showed photos and was told i hope i wasn't put off. Doubtful I will stay again even though I was hoping to find a decent base

The bedroom was very cold and didn't heat up all night. It wouldn't go higher than 17 degrees during the whole trip. I had a similar experience on my last stay too. Room was nice, just chilly. I had to pay £5 for parking, even as a hotel resident but my invoice showed this as zero.

Club rooms have two single mattresses pushed together - topper not effective. Leisure facilities packed / couldn’t get in the sauna or steam room. Revisited later in the evening as I was told it was quiet / sauna still stuffing people and no seats. Hotel comes secondary to a hugely busy gym.

Dear Hotel Management, I hope this message finds you well. We have always enjoyed our stays at your hotel, but I wanted to share some concerns from our most recent visit. Upon entering our room, we were greeted with a rather unpleasant damp smell, and we also noticed that the carpets had multiple stains. Unfortunately, we did not approach the reception to request a room change at the time, as our son was asleep, and we didn’t want to disturb him after our travels. However, we did address these issues with the reception staff upon our departure, so they are aware of our experience. We wanted to ensure that you are informed, as we believe it’s important for future guests to have a comfortable stay. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
