Nice area with EV fast charging network. The hotel is very tech and quite modern in Blackpool area with self check in with no people in the counter nor any button to call a staff. Free car parking with lots of space. 1 thing to mention is that the key will locked automatically at 11am and you can’t get in anymore. And there are no telephone in the room and they suggested using the online chat to find a staff but no one response. However, the room is quite clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for two nights away on business. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The facilities are fantastic. If you get to use the pool and gym etc. they are very good and worth a bit of time. Especially at the end of a long day. Parking is very convenient and the staff are helpful and professional. One of the best village hotels I’ve been too.

Could do better

The hotel is a nice place to stay, but a few little improvements would make it a lovely place to stay. My room was very comfortable but the continues dripping of the shower could be heard especially at night and the television kept losing signal. Parking was plentiful with no problems, the staff seemed to be a little distant. The dining experience was not pleasant for me as I am a mature gentleman who is not a fan of burgers, wraps or pizzas, I was expecting a little more grown up choice of food. Also there was no hand sanitiser evident around the hotel.
