Very friendly and accommodating staff. Nicely furnished and styled old building. The windows are old so there a little draft in our room. But the heating was able to keep us warm and cozy

Great hotel- terrible valet

We had a great stay and the hotel staff was great. The valet service is SO SLOW and also wrecked our car and that was a mess. We waited 20 minutes for our car the night we were there and had reservations so my husband ended up getting it himself and found the valet outside on his phone. That company is contracted in not The Kelly employees but it was not the best experience.

It’s LOUD

Without question the loudest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. Just be aware that this old building prevents absolutely zero sound buffering from the loud streets below.
