It's ok....
The Kelly is nice but they seemed too be short staffed. There was a wait for check in & no support when it was busy. They also only stocked the room with 1 towel & one half toilet paper roll. The sheets also smelled a bit musty.

The hotel was very pretty and staff was very nice and friendly . Food was good . It was a bit noisey not their faught a motorcycle kept going up and down the road backfiring not pleasant . Had a great stay really nice view we stay on 10 th floor .

i can only review the check in experience and staff - didn't have opportunity to see a room. Arrived and no room (although booked and paid) - without apology, they said they changed booking to another downtown property (not as nice and twice as expensive) - of course, we had to pay out of pocket, and the hotel said the refund on the booked room will have to be dealt with through expedia. really poor service and experience - do not recommend.
