Great stay ideal for the NEC for us. Not 4 stars because we were in room 109 front facing and at intervals you could hear trains going along, even with the windows shut. It got quite frustrating.

We’ve stayed here 3 times now and we love our stay but unfortunately the breakfast this morning wasn’t the best and very slow , everything had gone and waited a while before it was replenished and we had to go as we was attending the nec so we left hungry. Tea was warm and the juice had run out. And pastries were hard. Very disappointing.

Staff were brilliant room clean and tidy and the food was good but noise in the night was a big problem doors slamming all through the night there must of been a party there as there was a lot of people dressed up and heading to one of the function rooms could still hear them going back to they're rooms at 3.30 in the morning not even trying to be quite. We have stayed at this hotel several times because of its location and have had an overall good experience

Would recommend on basis of location, confort & cleanliness of room and staff professionalism. Unfortunately we did not have breakfast or use the leasure facilities so cannot comment on these but I definitely want to book again and try these. We had great value for money and the best nights sleep. Surprisingly quiet. Really good stay. Thank you.

I have stayed here for over 20 years with work and the rooms for the past 3 years have got colder and today was the worst. Check in 3pm. No heating until 8pm. It was freezing we sat with coats on until we went out and to say it was £100 per night without breakfast it was the worst hotel this week I stayed in and this was my third of the week Needless to say dissatisfied disappointed.
