Staff was very friendly and nice . Parking very convenient. Room spacious . But our room vas dirty with lots of greasy smudges and spots all over the surface area . Breakfast / common area was also not very clean.

room filthy- bed linen full of hair- extra linen fulthy could not regulate the thermostat one way or the other had to use a waste paper basket to fill up commode to get it to flush Reported it to the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do since I booked it through Expedia Called Expedia two times and they were not interested in helping me. I kept getting the runaround not not not sorry that’s not my department. I’ll have to call Customer Service. They give me the number and it wouldn’t be Customer Service so I just give up.

Room was spacious; staff professional and courteous, they have a restaurant and bar inside so you don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want to. The hotel is within a short walking distance to UAB, Children’s Hospital, and there are a number of restaurants within a few feet of the hotel such as Taziki’s, Moe’s, Cavas, etc. They also have a number of family friendly channels available. I definitely enjoyed my stay and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Birmingham.

The staff was very nice. The room could use a deep clean. The vents were covered in dust. The blow dryer vent were completely blocked by lint. Good breakfast selection.

Staff was great. Room was nice. Would advise that if the house isn't full, put guests with dogs somewhere off by themselves. Dog across the hall barked constantly all night long.
