The property was just ok. Nothing fancy. Not disgusting but could have been cleaner. There was an old coffee cup in the bed room floor at the edge of the bed. The pictures are a little misleading. Property not as nice and bright as it appears. No lobby or common area other than just a check in desk. You get what you pay for.

We did get to stay. They called at the last minute and canceled our reservation because they had a major maintenance issue. I would like confirmation that my refund is on the way. I was told there was nothing they could do about the refund because it has to come from hotels.com

There were a few small issues. The refrigerator was pretty loud, the door handle looked broken(pointing to the floor) but worked with a little effort. It didn't appear to shut completely, but was secure with the locks. The bathroom door was off kilter and wouldn't stay open. In the grand scheme of things, these weren't major issues, but it seems like some upkeep is needed. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the tv was much bigger than I've found in most hotels, and the lounge chair, ottman, and small tv tray/table were nice bonuses besides the desk and desk chair in the room.

.The room card keys stopped working after 1 day. In a 3 day stay. I went to the front desk for reprogramming 3 times. Even more frusting was that with my home town Blue Jays in the World Series, I was unable to watch because Fox would not display in my room. I reported the issue and they did nothing about it. There is no chance I will stay there again.

The place was a little shady looking when we first arrived, but it felt good after we were there for a little while. The only trouble we had - the lock on our door. Sometimes it stuck and wouldn’t open with the key card. Jiggled it a few times and it would open.
