Had a lovely stay, the Rumi room was beautiful, the bath tub was gorgeous, very deep and extremely relaxing. Plenty of towels and great amenities, bed was really comfortable. Best hotel I've stayed in for some time. Parking was easy and safe accessible at the rear of the property through a locked gate. The staff were lovely and friendly on checked. It smelled amazing frombthevfood being cooked in the retaurant which i sadly didn't get chance to try. I stated in the Marco Polo suite which was well priced vs other hotels in Birmingham. The room was elegant with lovely decoration. The bed was comfortable with lovely ammenties with an area to work and a lovely big bath in the room with bath salts provided. Only issue were some of the bulds were not working which the host fixed when i informed them. I would stay here again

Room was amazing. Only issue I had was access to it. It was on the third floor and was a very narrow staircase which when carrying bags made it very difficult to manage. But over all the hotel was amazing the room was amazing and the staff very friendly.
