Nice to have only the white portions of eggs in omelet. Too much salt in sausage. Parking lot needs to be maintained ice free. I liked shampoo, lotion, body wash, and soap in the bathroom. I liked the separate place to work with laptop. I liked the large mirror outside bathroom. I liked the side door to get to the parking lot and the car.

Friendly staff, very clean, comfortable beds and a pack and play was avaliable for our baby. The kids enjoyed the pool. My daughter enjoyed the churro waffles. Would be nice to have a non pork option for sausage and non dairy milk. 10/10. We will definitely come back.

The young women i checked in was so nice and helpful made everything so easy and quick. The room was very nice and comfortable. My only issue was the room above me was very loud, sounded like a herd of elephants stomping around.

I have visited this area 3 times and this was by far the nicest of the three hotels I stayed at. The hotel was well kept, CLEAN and staff were very friendly. Staff were nice and helped with any questions we had. I will only stay at this hotel when I return to Owego.

Major security concern and outdated

The staff was friendly but the property needs a major overhaul! Even a fresh coat of white paint in the lobby instead of that dark wood! Everything was so outdated we even had a CD player in our room, also not enough outlets to charge our electronics - obviously pre-internet. The housekeeper did our bed but left our used washcloths in the bathtub. But we had a major security concern - our room was so far from the elevator that we had to park around the hotel to access our room by going up a flight. The problem is that both doors to get in were always open and DID NOT need a room key to open them. We got back one night after midnight and the doors were unlocked! That is a major security concern and for that I would never return.
