Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Honestly disgusting and the staff is extremely rude especially the main manager I don’t know if he has an issue with Females but he was rude and I do have a video. We were also targeted by a housekeeper on our last day she has a disgusting attitude and works the top floor, she has her music in and talks very rude and unprofessional is extremely argumentative and did all of this in front of my kids not to mention she lied and then got caught in the lie and continued to make scene after following my husband and kids up to the office. Honestly I would never recommend anyone here there was also a police raid and it happened right in front of my door, they tackled a guy into the ac unit outside breaking it in which the staff just moved the pieces over. They offer waffles, cereal and bread. Coffee, and room temp juice no ice. As most ice machines are out you have to eat in the lobby as well but it’s uncomfortable as it’s almost like you’re a burden to the manager. The room was unclean, we left it cleaner than what we came, our tv didn’t work for 6 days we had to ask multiple times about outlets not working and there was roaches.
