Staff were great. Room was horrifying. The entry door was warped and beaten up. Could see daylight between door and frame. Found an electrician’s crimping tool propped on top of the bathroom door. That door had no latch plate and wouldn’t close. I have pictures of the entry door

The room was dirty. They left a dirty rag with pubic hairs hanging in the bathroom. The tv didn’t work. The mattress is really bad. You can hear the springs in them as you move around. The toilet seat looks to be 100 years old. It’s so beat up and got marks and burns on it. The only good thing can say is the refrigerator work REALLY GOOD!
