The same day my husband and I checked in we checked out due to room issues. The receptionist was very nice and professional to us and even had us move to a second room. However after the experience with the first and the second room we decided to check out. Our stay at this hotel was not even 30 minutes and we did not request a refund. The rooms were moldy, not good for anyone with medical issues to stay in, and had dead bedbug carcasses. That was the final straw as we were going to just deal with staying in the second room we were moved to. Not after seeing the issues with it. So we checked out and left. Please train your cleaners or hire more people to take care of your hotel rooms to make them safe and clean for everyone especially those with medical issues. If you had someone from a hire up position come and be undercover your hotel could have been shut down. This is why I am saying please take care of the issues that others maybe have not voiced. The only good thing about the hotel was the sweet receptionist lady.

The room was clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. They may need a different variety on their breakfast menu. Maybe check the smell of the room. My room smelled like someone who hadnt washed their feet in a while. Other than that i enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

I requested a infant crib and upon arrival i found out that they gave it to another guest. Fortunately they gave me a suite however i had to sleep on the pullout couch so the baby had somewhere to sleep on the main bed and i waa better off sleep on the floor

It was a good place to stay. We arrived after check-in time and the room was not ready. We went to Walmart they called and if they could give us an up grade I agreed reluctantly. Kept hearing noise all night long and the chain on ceiling fan was hit one of the globe around the light bulb making noise as well all night long.

I had to pay for my reservation on the Thursday check in wasn’t until the Friday. On Friday October 10th at 5:44 we arrived at the hotel. We had a four hour drive this day. Upon walking in and checking in , it’s looked very nice but we weren’t ready for the nightmare we would encounter after a long drive. We our room key we headed to our room to save our bags because we were just checking in and leaving for the evening. We were given room 129. Walked I. Noticed the bed sheets were dirty but bed was made. The towels in the room had hair all over them and so did the tub along with soap scum. I went back to the front desk and told her that the room was dirty. The lady took me to look at another room. Room 130 if I’m not mistaken. Everything looked good but the ac was broken. As I was getting my room key my husband came out to tell me. She then proceeded to show us another two rooms , that were supposed to be ready to sleep in and clean but they were not. The 3rd how stuff smeared all on the mirror along with a dirty bathroom. By the fourth room I was annoyed and tired. I had to buy a container of Clorox wipes to clean my own room. Ac barely works , bathroom was dirty. Pee under toilet seat , my trash was not taken out. Soap scum all int the tub and shower. Water mold around the drain and faucet. I am a housekeeper myself for an oilfield company. I clean company men houses. There is no reason for these rooms to not be cleaned. There is no manager apparently on weekends on duty

Feels like management staff has numerous family members living there. Bed very uncomfortable. AC thermostat in HVAC Closet. Luke Warm water for Hot. Water pressure low. A lot of highway and trucks backing up noise very early in morning.

The breakfast was horrible. Nothing to really choose from. No paper towels, soap, or tissue in the lobby bathroom. None of the hand sanitizer pumps had hand sanitizer in them. The orange juice tasted like marijuana. The hallways of the hotel smelled like marijuana. My room had a roach in it. The air unit in room 226 made the loudest annoying noise all night. Upon arrival, they had cancelled my room but after I showed my booking, they gave me my room at the same price.
