WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!

I strongly advise anyone thinking about booking this hotel to look elsewhere. My girlfriend and I stayed here this past weekend, and it was a huge disappointment. The room looked like it had been cheaply renovated, with chipped paint all over the bathroom walls and inside the tub. The towels were dirty and had black spots on them. Housekeeping never came to clean the room or bring fresh towels the entire time we were there. We had to go to the front desk every time just to get clean towels, and the staff always acted like we were bothering them. On top of that, they charged us an extra $100 security deposit for damages, even though we left the room in perfect condition. I still haven’t gotten that money back. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place completely. It’s not worth the headache.

False Advertising

I paid on line, the price shown said it included tax and fees. I got to the hotel. It was a whole different deal. It was a converted hotel from a total outdoor hotel to an indoor hotel so they had inside and outside rooms. And unfortunately, I was given originally in outside room next to the highway. There’s a single woman I felt very unsafe with that and asked could I be switched to an indoor room. They gave me an extra $40 charge. This is false advertising. It’s very easy to state the fees upfront and the differences in the rooms. I don’t know very many women traveling for business alone that are gonna want to stay in an outside room next to a highway! Totally unsafe. But I also have to be charged extra? This is not very respectful behavior for any Hotel business retreat, their guests.

Food options were good. Typcally what most people would eat especially for kids. Bed was firm but comfortable. Loved the town but was too far away from where I needed to be. Pics on website showed it looking really bright on the inside but seemed very dark.

Traveling with all ladies, I ask to have a room inside the hotel building, but received a room that was outside of the building, which means the rooms are outside access and they have a lot of working men who just hung out drinking outside of their rooms and I felt like it was unsafe for women.

We didn’t stay the night because the room smelled bad. They halls smelled strongly like chlorine. The building had a creepy feel to it. There was a weird posted listing of charges for things taken from the alarm clock to towels. We asked for a refund, but were denied. It had a horror movie feel.

It was ok over all hotel is definitely older hotel with a slight upgrade pool area and rooms inside the building are nice outside rooms remind you more of motel with slight upgrade cleaning was ok the sheets was stained had to ask for more and and the doors only lock with the pad lock very quite stay over all staff was friendly

Great stay if you have kids

Great place to stay outside of NOLA or Gulfport. Great indoor swimming area and the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable.

Beware!

Horrible beds, dirty room. Nasty shower and toilet, the toilet felt like it wasn’t even secured to floor properly…$200 deposit which it’s outrageous I travel for work and am in a hotel every night never again will I stay here

A C difficult to use. No instructions. Room next door had a very loud squeaky door. So loud it woke us up several times. Breakfast minimal.
