Very kind welcoming family running the place. Very family friendly, the room was very clean and was cleaned daily, the staff was super helpful. (Not great english, but they really make you feel comfortable and welcomed regardless of the language barrier). Food was delicious and there was a bar too! A little far from the city center of bilbao, but completely doable if you rent a car, or maybe figure out the train/metro and the parking was super convenient. The only down side was that there was no air conditioning :( but we just happened to go during a heatwave so that may have been on us.

Most wonderful hosts I've ever had. Merci !
