Gorgeous Hotel with Top Notch Service

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever walked into, the lobby and bar area was gorgeous and a great place for a nightcap as the day winds down. We were greeted by the staff upon check-in, and they were so friendly and took the time to show us the spots to hit around Bilbao. From there, each experience we had with the staff was splendid, helpful in reserving a taxi for an early morning flight, getting us wine at the bar, etc. Easily the most helpful and friendly staff I've experienced at a hotel in years. The rooms were not huge, but had a nice couch area beside the bed. Sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom was tight but not too small. If you are looking to explore old town, this is a perfect place to stay, we can't wait to stay here again in the future.

Wondeful boutique hotel

Wonderful hotel, brilliantly located in the old town of bilbao. Really great staff, friendly and very helpful. The balcony in our room was a particular highlight. Will be recommending to anyone looking to stay in bilbao.

very good location just opposite the market and in old town. This hotel gives best of the amenities and services. The house itself is a bit old so the floor doesn't flat and drainage system is not good，but I believe they did their best to maintain it.

Excellent hotel, very smart and classy, the staff were fantastic and go over and beyond customer service. The area is well situated for the old town which the best part of Bilbao to stay, with easy access to plenty of great restaurants, bars and eateries.
