Absolutely disgusting! What was hoped to be a nice weekend getaway with family, turned into an ongoing frustration as we continually had to go back and forth with property staff to address the cleanliness concerns and lack of expected ammenities with this property. Upon arrival, we noted the filthiness of the floor and the unmade, hair covered, sheets in the master suite. As time went on we noticed other indicators of non- cleanliness including filthy base boards and walls. Additionally, the general upkeep of the property is abysmal, with several floor rugs curling up, posing significant safety concerns and dust. The property claims to accommodate 16, yet we did not have enough cutlery for us all and had to contact property management to bring us additional supplies. Despite bringing our concerns to management, over 5 days ago, there is still no sufficient resolution. There are several alternative options to stay at in Big Bear Lake- don’t make the same mistake we did and stay here.
