The lady at the front desk greeted me in such a welcoming manner. She made me feel as if they were expecting me. The room is very well insulated which is important for such cold weather. The room was very clean. There is a large smart TV. My room has 2 heaters, one closer to the bed. The water was hot for the shower, there are plenty of towels. The room is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and a tea kettle with extra cups. I reserved a basic King room and it is very large, and so is the bed. Lastly, the WiFi works great, and parking was free and convenient. I always book here because the prices cannot be beat for the services provided.

Room was beautiful, very modern, newly renovated, Very clean room and bathroom. Only downside arw the walls, they are too thin, you can hear everything next door. Need insulation foam between rooms, but wiill definitely stay again. Outside needs improvement, look old and outdated but with some paint will make it 100% perfect.

I’ve stayed here on two occasions for one night. The room was clean and comfortable, providing exactly what I needed for a short visit. While the accommodation is basic and doesn't offer much extra in terms of amenities, it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stay. It's not ideal for a longer stay, but if you’re just passing through or need a one-night stopover, it’s a solid choice.

We stayed for one night and I have no complaints. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, and location was amazing. The outside of the building is a little rundown, but the rooms seemed to have been updated recently. If you’re looking for a place for a quick trip this is definitely worth it.

The hotel looked to be partially renovated, and the staff was very kind. Inside the room, it was a cozy size, and the bathroom was clean and surprisingly higher tech. The toilet has a remote lol. Could probably use some more cleaning outside to look more presentable, but aside from that it was a pleasant stay.

A diamond in the rough

When I first arrived I was afraid it wasn't open There were no cars in the parking lot. The lobby was locked with a phone number to call. I called and the manager came out let me in to the lobby and checked me in. The lobby was beautiful, rustic and immaculately clean. When I opened the door to my room I was surprised to step into what was more or less a brand new room. It was clean and seemed that all the furnishings were new. In the bathroom the towels reminded me of some of the best spas I have visited. I have to admit i was pleasantly surprised after my initial impression. when I go back to Big Bear I will definitely be staying here again

Very nice and cozy. Very comfortable bed and updated TV. Unfortunately there is no closet or hangers so we had to hang some clothes on the shower rod. Other than that great, will be booking again.
