A great location within walking distance of restaurants, coffee and shops in downtown Rockville. You have to pay for parking in the garage. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is nice. My only complaint was that the pool hours are very short. 11a-7pm on wknd. Very limited when staying one night. The kind woman at the front desk, made sure my kids n I had time in pool tho. Thank you

Pool area has bad hours. Opens later than other hotels and closes earlier. Nice when you can make it in. No complimentary breakfast at all. Parking is $21.20/day, which is cheaper than most hotels. Parking garage smells and is isolated, didn’t feel very safe as a single female. Room was average. Vents were filthy. AC unit was noisy. Many TV channels didn’t work. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels in room and down in pool area. No pen and paper or hotel information card in room. Room did have a functioning microwave and mini fridge, which was nice. Do not bring freezer foods. Overall, I’d probably choose another hotel for my next stay. Good for the price.

Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance of rail station, groceries, restaurants etc. There is a small vending area near the front desk. Parking signage is misleading; besides the Garage Level 4, you can park on 1 & 3. Instruction say housekeeping occurs after 3rd night (no); it requires 24 hour notice. Room was clean but carpet needs shampooing. Difficult to turn off air conditioning. Pool/hot tub closes early. Check out was painfully slow. The woman at the desk spent an average of 5 minutes per guest to complete the process, so there was a line. Please implement express checkout with a key drop.
