Very nice property in good location. Clean, quiet, safe. King suite is large, well designed. Liked the complimentary evening reception and the breakfast, with made to order omelettes ! Parking is convenient with a bridge walkway directly between lot and hotel. Enjoyed the embassy suites so much that we just booked another stay at an embassy suites in a different city!

Bathroom needed repair and upgrades. Specifically the shower and also the towel rack & toilet paper holder was loose. Toilet needs to be replaced too. Refrigerator was not cold enough. The staff was great.

This was one of the noisiest hotels I have stayed in lately. Yelling and loud groups until 1:30 in the morning. The front desk staff was not well trained, and I had issues with my internet throughout the stay. As a Hilton Honors member, I was not offered water or welcomed in any way. However, the breakfast staff from the greeter to the ladies making the omelets, and those cleaning off the tables, were superb. Super pleasant and really made you feel welcome.

The staff was very accommondating; especially since a change to my reservation through Expedia never made it to Embassy Suites. Breakfast is great and the pool looked really inviting although I didn't got a change to use it. Gotta say the parking garage is challenging with narrow spots and limited handicap parking. And with a very small round-about in front of the lobby - all no parking - checking in was a challenge.

The only thing I didn’t like was the construction that is taking place, as for everything else I am very please with the area, the hotel, and most of all the staff, each area of profession was excellent.
