Short stay

Our ( my sister and I ) made a trip for her great-granddaughters birthday, it was just a quick overnight visit. We just needed a place to relax and sleep. This fit what we needed. The staff was very cordial, the room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the continental breakfast was as we expected. I would stay here again.

The location was Very convenient. Checking in and out was simple and very hospitable. “Breakfast” was sub par…and overall cleanliness was just “ok” Parking was limited. It suited my overall need and may use it again…but will probably try somewhere else first. Thanks.

The breakfast buffet could use an attendant. It was quite messy and ran out of items continuously. We had to go ask at the front desk for more eggs, sausage, milk, etc. and then wait for more to be prepared. The food offered was exactly the same every day for the 4 days we stayed there, scrambled eggs and link sausage. Also, the food was not very hot. There was hot water but no packs of instant hot cereals. Two days there was yogurt and some apples and then there was none on the other days. There was no utensil to pick up the unwrapped biscuits or muffins. People were just reaching into the storage shelf and picking them up with their hands. Also be aware that there is no elevator; the inside stairs are very steep. We were upstairs for the first night and downstairs for three nights. Every night we stayed downstairs there were the same people smoking skunk weed in a car parked outside of our room's window, The smell came into our room. The clerk at the front desk said there was nothing to be done about it as long as they were smoking outside. Maybe a smoking area away from the building would work to keep the smell down? The entire motel could use a deep cleaning. There were some very dusty areas in our rooms. The towels were very nice and were replaced daily.

It was a bed to sleep in. The AC didn't work very well, I think it breaks some kind of health code to keep the french toast at breakfast at room temp with the bagels just to be microwaved, and during breakfast I waited 10 minutes to use the women's bathroom just for a male staff member to have been in there the whole time (and no, they weren't cleaning). But all in all, nothing outrageously bad. It was a cheap room near the highway.

My room was clean and neat. They had a relatively good selection of options on the breakfast bar. But my room had a somewhat musty smell. The water pressure in the shower was poor. Also, the TV remote only worked when it was within about 6 inches of the TV.

Ok stay

Rm 120 is right at the outdoor pool. About 650am 2 ten boys got in the water and started screaming like girls. Not how i wanted to start my morning. Hot breakfast is very good with many options.
