Ok- a bit dated and not as clean as I would like maybe I’m a bit fussy though. Check in and out was easy- good location and close to transport.’served its purpose but could just do with some comforts to make it a “nicer” stay I guess.

Apartment very clean good bus service into city center additional toilet and wash basin in 2 nd bedroom Unfortunately the shower despite being new was dangerous as water came out either freezing or boiling hot The mattress in 2 nd bedroom was lumpy and not very comfortable

Has all we need/reasonable prices/nice location

All basics supplied including washing machine/airer/hair dryer/pots/plates/cutlery/a small fridge freezer/oven and etc. Handy for little family stay who likes to cook some easy food now and then. 2 toilet makes a good addition. With living room too. Free WiFi. Has a car parking space just in front of the property. Flat location is very handy. The manager is very responsive and replies all questions promptly. Reasonable price from my opinion.

Great location and easy access

Really nice apartment, we stayed in the top apartment, had easy access to the property and everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend this property for up to 4 people and there is a Co-Op and large Tesco's within 5 mins walk which is handy to stock up on food etc.

Bad Experience

Positive Points: Early on check-in date, contacted the host to possibly check in early, I appreciated the hosts allowing for us to check in a couple of hours earlier. Location is not central but safe and plenty of stores and places to eat. Negative Points: Allocated flat was changed the day before our arrival, making the acquiring the keys/passcodes confusing. No information regarding the change other than stating 'IT difficulties'. On arrival, flat left us feeling deflated. The floor on living area looked dirty/dusty. The couches were not clean, full of dust and long hair. The furniture looked tired, stained and even the side table had a hole in it. The front door need to be locked from the inside as it would not simple close as it was damaged/broken. The first bathroom, the toilet was not cleaned, looked like someone had used it, the shower the water would accumulate, plughole was blocked. The second bedroom, under the bed had not been cleaned in a very long time, full of dust, food, even sure there was someone's socks under it. I don't often go checking under the beds but daughter had dropped her pencil and had to retrieve it. My parents stayed in the other bedroom, did not want to make their stay more unpleasant, didn't ask them to check. Made the stay feel very unpleasant. I tried to contact the host, but the response I received left me feeling deflated, asking me to contact the other host since the person who sent the email was just a friend. I would not recommend.

Great location. Host was very responsive and check in was very essy. Easy walking distance to pubs and restaurants. Botanic gardens 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

Worst check-in ever

We waited more than 30 minutes outside in the cold and under the rain, and we spent our holiday sick because of that. Someone, who booked in another building, managed to get to our appartment and spent the day there. The host doesn't know how booking works, and we were stuck outside waiting for him to come. The toilet and bed were a mess after the guy used them
