The location was good next to the hospital station but the apartment itself was very expensive relative to the facilities.The instructions on how to turn on the hot water system, the washing machine, the oven etc were non existent which meant we were always asking for help and went without hot water for half our stay. The kitchen was poorly equiped with cooking equipment and little in the way of crockery and cutlery and no glasses. We therefore could cook and the kitchen cupboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a while. The bedrooms and main lounge room were clean and the best were comfortable. The other drawback was that as this apartment was on the ground floor and the large lounge windows opened onto the main carpark so ou could not sit in the lounge with out closing the curtains so it was not so pleasant. In summary the current high star rating is misleading.
