Thank you very much for a wonderful stay! Loved it! Great location, easy walk to town, free parking. Absolutely wonderfully decorated, amazing bathroom, comfy bed, great view - and we had a standard room. Breakfast is great too, cooked to order and other bits are also available and so fresh, pastries, fruits, cereal etc. One thing I thought of though... Metal night stands is not a great idea, they are super noisy, putting phone down, glass with water, any knocks to it just so loud :))

Great find
Clean, quiet, comfortable and a lovely breakfast. Easy to park and beautifully furnished. It is at the top of a hill, so be prepared to work off dinner on the way back if you eat in the city centre! It's only a 10-20 minute walk, depending on where you go.

Perfect for couple’s weekend!
Stayed here for a couples Valentine’s Day weekend and can’t recommend it enough! The room was spacious and comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the bath was perfect! Staff were friendly and the complementary lounge was a nice touch. Excellent breakfast! Absolutely love the art nouveau decor and just a perfect place to stay!

What a find! Absolutely gorgeous hotel with stunning decor. The staff were amazing. The breakfast delicious…treats in the bar were a thoughtful touch. Convenient 10min walk to the centre of Bath. Would certainly stay here again if we needed a base in the area; and 100% recommend.

Lovely guest house with beautiful decor. Room was incredibly spacious. Comfy bed and super shower. Breakfast was disappointing as the hot breakfast was barely luke warm. Such a shame.
