We had a lovely stay at Leighton house. Prior to our stay we were able to reach the property via email with quick helpful responses received. The facilities were great - clean and spacious room with large bathroom and shower with lovely hot water and products. The beds were very comfortable and the room was warm. We enjoyed the area downstairs to have a drink and play some games. Small well done breakfast menu with good quality products. The hotel as a whole smelt lovely and was clean and comfortable. Thomas was a great help and very friendly. Thank you.

Very friendly welcome and lovely attentive staff at breakfast. Fab food cooked to order for breakfast along with some premium fresh extras like pastries, granola and fruit. It was great having on site parking as this can be a problem when staying in Bath. The hotel and room was well decorated with all the amenities. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows, so had a couple of brilliant nights sleep. Only gripe of the whole stay was that the toliet seat must have broken at some point and had been replaced with one that was actually too short/wrong shape for the bowl. A small point but a surprise when everything else was so on point. Nice to see refillables in the bathroom rather than small bottles - the hotel clearly taking note of how it can be more eco. Overall a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend.

We received a warm welcome, and was quickly shown to our room - which was an ideal size for us. We enquired about parking and an Indian restaurant before we went up. When we came back downstairs, we were presented with a map and other information relating to our query. The people that clean the premises do an excellent job - everywhere was spotless. There was a very good selection for breakfast - every taste was catered for. The English breakfast was freshly cooked, antd asted as good aaslooked as it looked as it looked. Leighton House is an excellent place or stay when visiting Bath.

Absolutely first rate room. Very luxurious. We’d have welcomed a fridge, but otherwise absolute perfection. The bedroom and bathroom were enormous with whirlpool bath and shower. Breakfast was so good. Immaculate breakfast room and lovely staff. Freshly cooked to order with some pastries and yoghurt on a self serve area. Short walk to town which didn’t bother us. Parking was great. Nice touches here and there like water and umbrellas. A first rate place. Top end for a good price. We did find it odd that the self serve bar was shut so early. Wouldn’t it make more sense to have a mini bar in the rooms? And the shower grout needed a good scrub in some areas. These were the downsides and we’ll definitely be back.
